Godo Chiropractic is an independent chiropractic practice located in Lakeview Chicago and led by Dr. Jason Godo, DC, RN. The goal is straightforward: understand what may be contributing to a patient's problem, explain the findings clearly, and develop an individualized approach to care when chiropractic treatment is appropriate.
Patients come to the office with different histories, activity levels, work demands, injuries, and goals. For that reason, care is not based on a one-size-fits-all protocol. Each patient is evaluated individually before recommendations are made.

Meet Dr. Jason Godo, DC, RN
Dr. Jason Godo, DC, RN, has more than 23 years of clinical experience. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences and is licensed in Illinois as both a Doctor of Chiropractic and Registered Nurse. His background influences the way he approaches musculoskeletal problems: rather than focusing only on where a patient hurts, he evaluates how the joints, muscles, movement patterns, posture, previous injuries, and daily activities may be interacting.
Patients often arrive after dealing with recurring pain, stiffness, restricted movement, or symptoms that improve temporarily but continue returning. The objective of the examination is to determine whether there is a mechanical or musculoskeletal component that can reasonably be addressed through chiropractic care.
When something does not appear appropriate for chiropractic management, patients may be referred for additional medical evaluation or another type of care.

Treatment Philosophy
Treatment Should Match the Findings
Chiropractic care can involve more than an adjustment. Depending on the examination findings and the patient's goals, care may incorporate joint treatment, soft-tissue techniques, movement recommendations, home exercises, or other conservative strategies.
The emphasis is on using the least complicated approach that reasonably addresses the problem. Recommendations may also change as symptoms, movement, and function improve.
