We Work With Many Insurance Plans
Godo Chiropractic works with many insurance plans, including Medicare. Because chiropractic benefits vary by insurance carrier and individual plan, coverage can differ significantly from one patient to another.
Before you begin treatment, our staff can verify your chiropractic benefits and explain the coverage information provided by your insurance plan. There is no charge for this benefit verification.
Call our office at (773) 525-0007 and we can help you determine what benefits may be available.
HSA & FSA Payments
Godo Chiropractic accepts Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payment cards for eligible chiropractic services. These accounts can provide a convenient way to use pre-tax healthcare funds toward qualifying care.
Eligibility can vary by plan, so contact your HSA or FSA administrator if you have questions about whether a particular service qualifies.
Self-Pay Options Are Available
You do not need chiropractic insurance to become a patient at Godo Chiropractic. Many patients choose to pay directly for care when they do not have insurance, have limited chiropractic benefits, or prefer a self-pay option.
Our office can explain the available payment options before treatment begins so you can make an informed decision about your care.
Major credit and debit cards, along with eligible HSA and FSA cards, are accepted.
ChiroHealthUSA
ChiroHealthUSA is a Discount Medical Plan Organization (DMPO) that may help eligible patients save on chiropractic services not covered by their health insurance plan.
It can be especially useful for patients without chiropractic coverage, patients with high deductibles, or those who prefer to pay directly for care. ChiroHealthUSA is a discount plan and is not health insurance.
